Complete the Seller or Lessor Enquiry Form at the Contact Us page. Select the Club Membership type and Name of the Club you wish to sell from the drop-down list of clubs. State the price you wish to sell or lease in the Message section and send it to us.
When there is an interested party for your club membership, we will contact you to discuss the price and procedure.
Aneka Clubs will email you a Confirmation-to-Sell form for the sale or lease, indicating the agreed price, payment procedure and other terms & conditions.
Seller or Lessor to complete all the required club transfer or lease documents, return all the items required by the club and settle all outstanding dues to the club.
Aneka Clubs will make full payment to the Seller or Lessor as agreed.
